The program offered three virtual sessions in Spanish through the Institute's FB Live by Natalia Cabarga. This project allowed different types of audiences to learn about ancient Mexican culture, approaching it from daily life and gastronomy, focused on the Mexicas and Tenochtitlán.

 
 
 
 

Natalia Cabarga holds an undergraduate degree in Art History from Universidad Iberoamericana (2005) and a master's degree in Modern and Contemporary Art from the Casa Lamm Cultural Center (2007). She is certified as a federal tourist guide by the Adolfo López Mateos Tourist Guide Association, supported by the Secretary of Tourism SECTUR (2018).

In March 2015, she launched her project Recorridos con historia / Walking through history, aiming to promote Mexico´s cultural heritage. She is currently coordinating a seminar and a project for the Centro Cultural Universitario Tlatelolco UNAM and became head of the Editorial area (2022) for the same cultural center.
