The National Club of the Arts, in association with the Cultural Institute of Mexico in New York, celebrated the rich cultural heritage of Mexico through an event free for all New Yorkers and the Mexican community.

There was a performance by the Ballet Folklórico Mexicano de Nueva York (BFMNY) and the Mariachi Real de México, who shared Mexico's history and cultural diversity through live music, dance, songs, and elegant typical costumes.

The event was free through a Cultural Immigration Initiative grant from City Councilmember Carlina Rivera. The program was supported, in part, by public funds from the city’s Department of Cultural Affairs in partnership with the City Council.
